FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Hamilton is a Founder and Senior Partner of Verde Income Properties. He has over 20 years of experience in investment grade real estate as a developer and investor.
Through previous partnerships and companies, Mr. Hamilton has participated in over $1B of investment real estate debt/ equity transactions; which, include grocery anchored shopping centers with GMS Realty (a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Realty Funds) and class 'A' apartments with Fairfield Residential (a luxury apartment REIT).
Mr. Hamilton has also developed residential subdivisions, and numerous housing projects.
Mr. Hamilton attended the University of California, San Diego and received a B.A. in Economics and holds a California real estate license.
